Is this a replacement or something hidden?

Is this intended to replace the existing r-template and perhaps others (rl, tl, or whatever it is that gives status?) Howard C. Berkowitz 17:07, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

I'm stripping out some of the functionality of the R template. This was an ad hoc addition that is only used at CZ:List of words with multiple uses. In doing this the code for the R template will be less esoteric. I'm worried that some of these templates are getting so complicated that they will be too hard to make head of tail of them for newcomers. Chris Day 17:34, 25 February 2009 (UTC)
