removal of blank section heads under "Life cycle"

Mot of the topics listed under the section "Life cycle" are more properly discussed in separate articles on the individual topics/objects, or in the article on the H-R Diagram. Their inclusion in the "Star" article would thus be duplicatory.

I will likewise transfer the material on the stellar magnitude scale to the article on same.
