Rename?
I don't know the area personally, but from Googling, it seems that Ashridge Bay still exists, but Ashbridge Bay Marsh does not. If that is so, might it be useful to rename this article from Ashbridge's Bay to Ashbridge's Bay Marsh, or to subsume all into information into a longer article about the present-day Bay (and Park of the same name), where the info now in this article is in a section about the Bay and Park history?
