I think this very interesting article would benefit from being grounded in time.  Imagine someone who might be reading this 5 years in the future--will the information still be relevant and up to date?  So maybe we could add phrases such as "as of January 2008", or something equivalent, in key places.  Version numbers might help too.  I didn't have time to read it all, so please forgive if the info is there and I missed it.[[User:Pat Palmer|Pat Palmer]] 18:47, 3 January 2008 (CST)
