The only "Pancho Gonzales - Björn Borg" meeting : New York December 1972, indoor carpet, 2nd round, Gonzales winner 6-1 6-1

Hi everybody,

In the archives of this talk page a Gonzales-Borg meeting was evoked.

Both players met in the second round of a New York tournament held on December 6-10, 1972 Michel Sutter gave December 7 as the ending date, on indoor carpet and a very old Pancho Gonzales (44 1/2 years old) easily defeated a very young Borg (16 1/2 years old) 61 61.
