Frank, welcome--

Question is, did you write it exclusively, or did others contribute anything? If the latter, we either (a) eliminate their contributions, or (b) check the box. --Larry Sanger 02:09, 27 July 2007 (CDT)

I did a check at WP on this article (where it exists under the title "The Late Corporation of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints v. United States"). The WP article is identical to the CZ version (before I moved it to the new page title) and was authored by an editor using the name "Cool Hand Luke" who appears to be the same person as the Frank Bednarz as registered on CZ. In any case, I see no reason to doubt that he is the sole author of the CZ article.
As for the title: I use "Mormon Church v. United States", as was used by Justice Douglas in his opinion in 329 U.S. 14 (the only case that cites this one that I know of). If that is how Justice Douglas cited it, then that argues strongly for using that form of the title.
