The Legal Life Defense Foundation defines its mission as giving "...innocent and helpless human beings of any age, particularly unborn children, a trained and committed defense against the threat of death, and to support their advocates in the nation’s courtrooms. LLDF will accomplish its mission and purpose through the law and education." One area of their activity is providing legal defense, based on free speech rights, for anti-abortion protesters.[1]
Based on reporting for the fiscal year ending in December 2008, they received a four-star charity eficiency rating. Executive Director Dana Cody was paid $68,683. [2]
