The Judicial Branch of the United States includes the Supreme Court of the United States and other courts created by the United States Congress. The Judicial Power of the United States is found in Article III of the United States Constitution.

The Branch is limited to those courts created by Article III, as opposed to administrative law and other courts in other branches of government. These are, from highest to lowest level:
