VOIP, not VoIP

Just because Wikipedia did it, doesn't make it "right". Back when I worked on VOIP at Bell Laboratories in the 1990's, we called it VOIP (all capitals), and so did the literature of the time. So I'm changing this back. And yes, Citizendium is case sensitive, so they will not be the same. I have redirected everything anyway, so no matter how you type the link, it will probably land on Voice Over IP.Pat Palmer 07:51, 19 July 2008 (CDT)

this article's status

This article really needs to have some actual reference pointers embedded in the article at appropriate places. The things that I moved to the Bibliography subpage may be "references" but they are not identified correctly as such in the article. Anyone care to have a go at this?Pat Palmer 08:09, 19 July 2008 (CDT)

First sentence

The first line matches the text on this website. The article was started on Wikipedia so I'm not sure who's copying who... John Stephenson 03:20, 6 September 2011 (UTC)
