I am an author and am among the first group of editors for Citizendium. My published writing includes a novel, Across the Lakes and Representations of India, 1740 - 1840.
I live in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, have studied at St Xavier's College (University of Calcutta, India) and the universities of Kent and Glasgow in the UK, and taught at the universities of Exeter & Glasgow ( in the UK) and Delft (in the Netherlands).
Right now I'm working on my second novel and teaching occasionally, including Creative Writing at the University of Oxford.
