The interdisciplinary intent of this subgroup is to go beyond [[emergency medicine]], including such things as the [[Incident Command System]] and other [[command and control]], [[firefighting]] and [[search and rescue]], [[decontamination]], etc.  While emergency medicine has added prehospital care/[[field medicine]] as a subspecialty, all aspects of prehospital care apply, from logistical planning, disposal of bodies, and reconstruction.
