Al-Asadi v. Bush (Civil Action No. 05-cv-2197) is a writ of habeas corpus filed on behalf of Guantanamo detainee Mohammed Ahmed Ali Al Asadi before U.S. District Court judge Henry H. Kennedy. Boumediene v. Bush
On June 12, 2008 the Supreme Court of the United States ruled, in Boumediene v.
