My name is Jeff Raymond. A resident of Massachusetts (soon to be a resident of New Hampshire), I'm a children's librarian and earned a BA in history and political science from Anna Maria College, with minors in music and theater.

My main areas of interest are independent music, exploitation film, children's literature, and the bizarre annals of history (chess-playing automatons, giant cheese wheels). Many/most of the articles I'm currently working on are imports from Wikipedia that have reached good/featured status, but much of the information stemming from those will likely be original to here.

Hopefully things make more sense here than they do elsewhere.
