Hi Sifelani. Regarding Image:Derek_Boshard.jpg, we need to have you upload permission for it. An email complete with headers from the copyright holder will suffice. Once you have it, just click here, paste it in, and click save. Alternately, you can forward the email to media-assets@citizendium.org and I'll upload it for you.
