"How did you hear about CZ?"

Hi Mark,

It seems my link to the above page in your introductory email was malformed - the question mark gets left out when you click on the html link. This means you have in effect created a new page there. I should instead have directed you to CZ:How did you hear about CZ?. Sorry about that - I'm still learning! I'll delete the accidentally created page if that's ok?
