Welcome to the Citizendium! We hope you will contribute boldly and well. Here are pointers for a quick start. You'll probably want to know how to get started as an author. Just look at Getting Started for other helpful "startup" links, our help system and CZ:Home for the top menu of community pages. Be sure to stay abreast of events via Twitter. You can test out editing in the sandbox if you'd like. If you need help to get going, the forum is one option. That's also where we discuss policy and proposals. You can ask any administrator for help, too. Just put a note on their "talk" page. Again, welcome and have fun! David Tribe 05:10, 28 March 2007 (CDT)

I LOL'd

I just have to say I literally laughed out loud at the tone and content of your User page... you have one of the most unique user pages I've seen on here. Your edits should be interesting to say the least --Eric M Gearhart 17:20, 2 April 2007 (CDT)

It's more serious than my Wikipedia user page, which is deranged. And see also this, where I am unrestrained by facts, citations, references, sense, sanity. I would not edit Citizendium's articles in this way. -Ashley Mark Pomeroy 18:33, 13 April 2007 (CDT)

Welcome and thanks

I'm just spending some time this morning thanking the newer/returned people who have been doing work on the wiki lately. So, thanks, nice to have you here! --Larry Sanger 09:47, 17 November 2007 (CST)
