I'm a soon to be retiree (at 55). Have done considerable world travelling for the last twenty-six years. My focus has been I.T. and Telecommunications Related ... with a splash of International Relations.

Currently located in Dubai, UAE, but as of April, 2007 I will be based in Canberra, Australia.

I have an outdated B.A. in History and Mass Communications (dating from Western Kentucky University in 1973), but am anticipating taking more adult University courses once I get settled back in Canberra (at the Australian National University or the University of Canberra).

My interests include many areas of history, philosophy, comparative religion (on a very basic level), IT related subjects, Genealogy, TE Lawrence.
