Norwegian food writer currently living in São Paulo, Brazil. Has 10 years experience writing about food for Norwegian newspapers, focusing on food history and recipes. Has a special interest in Italian, French, Chinese and Latin-American cuisine. Main area of focus is the history of food, and the food and eating traditions of individual countries. For the former a particular interest the origin of individual dishes. Has written four cook-books in Norwegian, and has had one of them translated into English.
