As a WWII and Korea veteran I am extremely interested in those periods, but have a great fascination with Civil War and WWI. My interests have resulted in writing and having published four books. First was "One Day of the Civil War," then "The Lightning Mule Brigade," (Streight's Union Raid into Alabama 1863), followed by "Russian Sideshow", about America's Intervention in Russia 1918-1920, and the last one "An Airline at War," about Pan Am's China National Aviation Corporation. In addition I enjoy writing articles for various publications from Cruise Travel to the National Archives publication "Perspectives," and have been published in twenty some publications.

I received an MBA from Western Muchigan University and retired from a banking career in 1963 after presidencies of banks in Michigan, Florida and Saipan. Since then I have consulted with banks in eleven developing nations throughout the world.

My wife Donna is my consultant, and provides my proof-reading, critical commentary and spell-checker, while stuffing me with great food. We live in Merritt Island, Florida.
