Hi. My name is Richard Pascoe. I'm a UK resident and currently reside in the county of Berkshire. My main interest/hobby is music and I've played guitar for most of my life. I can read and write music and I also like to write about music. With that in my mind I thought I'd join Citizendium with the view towards contributing mainly to music articles though I may find myself editing articles on other subjects.

I consider myself a working-class auto-didactic with middle-class values. I've been an editor on Wikipedia for seven years under the user name Sluffs (though I will add my real name is accessible to anyone on Wikipedia by clicking a link at the bottom of my User Page). So to save the curious the time and trouble of finding which Wikipedia articles I contributed to here are a few: The Clovers, Brazilian Hip Hop, Prince Buster.

I hope that I can make a worthwhile contribution to Citizendium.
