I earned my master's degree in physics at the university in Dortmund, Germany. In Germany I would be called a "diplom phyiker" but with the 6 years of work on that degree it is equivalent to a master's degree and when I moved to California in the mid 80's (of the last century) I adopted that title.

Not that I have worked in that area much. It had been fun to be at CERN in Switzerland, but for philosophical reasons I have turned my back to physics soon after leaving the alma mater.

Most of my life I have worked with computers, starting with a big IBM 360, then medium sized DEC PDP11 and hung out long nights with my very own Tandy TRS80.

I have worked on projects from small to big in scientific, commercial and administrative software, but have since changed over to internet marketing, search engine optimization and everything related to e-commerce.

My current pet-project is to help ThaiDye.com to glory on the internet and create a revival of tie-dye which I always have loved.

My philosophical ideas go very strongly into the new-age area and I have this one project in mind that looks like a specialized part Citizedium: create a place where you can go for everything new-age - the NewageWiki.com.
