I am the documentation manager for JMP (a statistical discovery software product) at SAS Institute, the largest privately-held software company in the world. SAS manufactures business intelligence software.

My work experience includes my current job as a technical writer. I have taught high school and collegegiate mathematics and statistics. I received BA, BS, MS, and PhD degrees in mathematics education from North Carolina State University.

I speak and write French.
