Experiences:

I have been in the business world with a background in finance, planning, information systems, internet research and database management. I worked in major industries and in several cities around the world. (London, Bangkok, Teheran, in the US & Japan).

With 30+ years of IT and programming/system analysis experiences as well as Program and Project management, Systems development, Database management, Database design and Data Modeling. I am well versed in finance, negotiation, marketing, team building, analytical and problem-solving skills.

I was on the Faculty at the University Of Phoenix Southern California campus from 2002 to 2006.

Currently I live and work in the Wine Country in Southern California and I assist buyers and sellers in their Real Estate investment and Real Estate transactions.

I also help family and friends with their businesses and personal web sites.
