Jerry is the founder of MindServeGroup a services firm providing consulting and specialized business services related to the use of Inspiration Software®, the leading visual thinking, planning, organizing, and accelerated learning software.

For more than 15 years, Jerry has been helping individuals use Inspiration® to transform their business and learning through visual tools.

With more than 32 years in the training industry, Jerry brings to mindServegroup a successful track record in performance improvement, large-scale eLearning project management, simulation and learning design consulting, enterprise sales development, and process innovation across a broad range of industries including financial services.

Prior to founding MindServeGroup, Jerry was VP of Sales at KLi Learning and CognitiveArts.

Prior to KLi & CogArts, Jerry was Senior Engagement Director at Click2learn (CLKS) guiding sales and tactical support for growth of key corporate accounts as well as directing eLearning development across a variety of industries. In addition, as Sr. Project Director for CLKS Chicago operations, he managed local and overseas eLearning development in the London office.

Preceding CLKS, Jerry was IS project manager for MetLife. Among his many accomplishments during his 22-year tenure at MetLife, Jerry was this first to bring electronic training, EPS, and KM tools to sustain the deployment of enterprise sales laptops and new desktop machines.

Jerry holds a degree in Philosophy from Indiana University and has completed advanced coursework in human performance technology, project methodology, and financial services. Jerry holds the Certified Performance Technologist designation from ISP & ASTD.
