I live in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia and completed year 12 at The Don College, mainly studying science and history in 2002. Since then I have spent time off working and deciding what to study at university. I now plan on completing a double degree in arts and science, majoring in biology for the bachelor of science, and I'm still unsure about the arts component. I work part time for The Wilderness Society, a large Australian environmental charity. I am also a member of the International Footbag Committee and a world record holder in the sport of freestyle footbag. I have served on the board of directors as the communications director in the past.

I am mainly interested in science, especially biology and neurology. I don't believe that I would have the knowledge to contribute a great deal to the Citizendium to begin with, but I would hope that I could increase my contributions as my level of study increases.
