I am Helen Radics Jr. manager of Treasured Hungarian Family Recipes™© The Secret of Hungarian Cooking™©, which is a cookbook company established by my Mother, Canadian cookbook author, Helen M. Radics. As the chief editor for the company and have edited 8 cookbooks and numerous e-books. My work as a poet has been published and I currently have 3 novels pending publication. Being the videographer and editor of Helen M. Radics' online cooking show, Cooking with Helen M. Radics™ which is viewable on our websites and YouTube Channel "hrcsidaranoli", I was directly involved in creating over 65 cooking videos and educational pieces for the show.

I also work as an interpreter (Hungarian-English). I wish to share articles that would further introduce the general public to the Hungarian culture and traditional Hungarian culinary specialties that Hungary is so famous for.
