I am Helen Marta Radics author/owner of Treasured Hungarian Family Recipes™©, my cookbook company. I have written and published 8 internationally distributed cookbooks and 9 e-books through which I share The Secret of Hungarian Cooking™© that familiarize people with the Flavours of Hungary™© once delicious recipe at a time. I have always been interested in cooking, sharing recipes and spreading Hungarian culture and culinary specialties outside the borders of Hungary. My cookbooks and cooking skill have been featured on CTV News and Life Network (Hungary) and my online cooking show, Cooking with Helen M. Radics™© has over 132,000 viewers. Currently I have over 65 cooking videos that I share free of charge with the general public. I wish to create articles that would further spread Hungarian and Canadian culinary specialties and gourmet recipes.

I have also instructed chefs in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Cuba and Hungary to the wonders of Hungary's history rich culinary world.
