I hold a degree in Exercise Science from George Mason University and a minor in Information Technology. I am an assistant coach in the highly successful cross country/track and field program at Clarke County High School. I also work with a company that builds scopes for rifles, primarily for the Marines, located in Northern Virginia. My primary interests include health and fitness (especially as it relates to distance running) and any related topics such as diet, strength and conditioning, yoga, etc.
