I'm a work and organizational psychologist (Certified by Regione Piemonte - Italy). My current positions are: Senior Management Consultant at Cegos Italia; University Contract Professor (Free University of Bozen; State University of Turin). Since 1993, my job is consultancy, training and research. In particularly, I have developed some projects of organizational change and development (especially focused on the management of human resources).
