I am a geoscientist; having graduated August, 2004, from the University of Adelaide, with a B.Sc. (majoring in geology and geophysics) and a B.Sc. with Honours in geophysics. My Honours research (as a scholar for CRC LEME (Cooperative Research Center for Landscape Environment and Mineral Exploration) was an analysis of the usefulness of transient electromagnetic geophysical and ground penetrating radar techniques in imaging regolith profiles in SA (South Australia) and NSW (New South Wales). I have worked in heavy mineral sand deposits in the Eucla Basin, SA and Murray Basin in NSW and Victoria, at a lead and zinc mine in Broken Hill, NSW, and at a coal operation in Moura, QLD. For the past year, I have been working in a petroleum data library in South Australia. I am a member of the AusIMM (Australian Institude of Mining and Metallurgy, SEG (Society of Exploration Geophysicists), ASEG (Australian SEG) and PESA (Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia). I am an active member of St Johns Ambulance Australia, and my other interests include aquaculture and aquaponics.
