It says "reliable web resources" and it seems to be a bit too strong (well, not so many web resources are reliable and that's why the Citizendium is badly needed). I understand that the header encourages the selection process for the links. But it looks like a kind of endorsement from Citizendium for the links included (disclaimer: I'm not a native speaker). I'd propose "relevant", "important" or "interesting". --Aleksander Stos 13:04, 14 July 2007 (CDT)
