I think this is a great idea- but the heavy contrast of the CZ logo, very high value (dark) makes the template look rather forbidding. A change in color might help, or using a picture for a symbol of the constabulary that is friendly or pretty. The CZ logo is nice. it's just kind of dark and urban and heavy here. just a thought.
