Reed's Law
A quick look at the formula for Reed's law may prompt a review of the formula submitted.
(N-1)!/(N-1)! is in effect a full number and not a ratio, i.e. it will return a value of one regardless of the actual value of N. Perhaps a review of the formula is required.
