Redirect and renaming

Originally this article was called sexual harassment; I changed it because it seemed to me the original author had defined the scope of the article are relating only to sexual harassment in U.S. employment and housing. At the moment, sexual harassment is redirecting here but that link should be broken by the establishment of a new article. John Stephenson 23:47, 26 February 2008 (CST)
