This article will deal with bystander, out-of-hospital management, and definitive emergency care of conditions related to breathing and lung function. Title

I thought proper style was to make titles singular. So shouldn't this be at Respiratory emergency? Or is it always seen in the plural? J. Noel Chiappa 00:05, 25 October 2008 (UTC)

To me, the singular doesn't make sense without totally restructuring the title. While I'm not wedded to the title, it gets long. For example, one textbook that I use for a reference has two relevant chapters, "Compromised Airway" and "Dyspnea, Respiratory Distress, & Respiratory Failure". I wasn't aware of a style on this; some titles inherently strike me as plural. Again, I don't care that much; there is a need for the article related to a hot situation in another one. If you've got a better title, let me know, because I do need to send it to an Editor or two who need it for reference. Howard C. Berkowitz 00:15, 25 October 2008 (UTC)
