Engineering as well? Consider approval?

It would seem reasonable to have this in the Engineering Workgroup. If so, I'd consider trying to get it to Approval. There's a little flow editing that would help, and some material might be more appropriate to a general article on weights and measures. Interesting article though, with good graphics and posing of the alternatives. Before going to Approval, the status of the alternate derivations should be updated. Howard C.
