Great start! (Milt, please look in)

An excellent start on a topic needed for the CZ: Engineering Workgroup. I set up the "cluster" of subpages for you, including initial content on internal combustion engine/Related Articles and internal combustion engine/Definition. In addition, I made some minor tweaks both to get the lead sentence into CZ style, and also to make internal links to the titles of specific articles that exist.
