Asif Ali Zardari
Asif Ali Zardari (born 26th July 1955) was the President of Pakistan from 6th September 2008 until September 2013. He was the husband of the former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto until her assassination in December 2007. Following her death, Zardari became co-chairman of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) and fought a campaign to impeach and succeed Pervez Musharraf as Pakistan's head of state.
