Theater mobility [r]: Equipment that can be transported by air (e.g., C-130 Hercules) or water (e.g., Joint High Speed Vessel} at the distances involved in a theater of operations; when the movement is base-to-base, some reassembly, on the order of minutes to hours, may be acceptable at the destination [e]
