A definition or brief description of Woodrow Wilson.

28th U.S. President (1923-1921) who founded the Federal Reserve and brought his country to fight both the Mexicans in the Mexican Revolution and the Central Powers in World War One. Noted in foreign policy for Wilsonianism, he played a major role in the foundation of the League of Nations but was unable to convince Congress to allow American admission to the new institution.
