Vincent Rijmen is a Flemish cryptographer who teaches at Katholike Universiteit Leuven in Belgium. He has a home page there.

His best-known work was as co-designer with Joan Daemen of the Rijndael block cipher which won the AES competition to become the Advanced Encryption Standard.
