I attended public Junior High school and completed French Immersion for grade 8.  Taking further interest in languages in grade 9 by taking Japanese.  Continued high school at a private institution, graduating with Honours Standing.  Travelled to eastern Africa in 2003 for humanitarian work.  Obtained Resident Care Aide certification at Selkirk College in BC Canada in 2004.  Currently working towards becoming a Registered Nurse and obtaining my BScN (in second year of study).  I have a great interest in provincial, national, and international politics.  As a nursing student I am always reading articles dealing with issues such as healthcare, and socioeconomic issues (poverty, education funding, access to services).  I have great interest in world travel having already been to countries in eastern Africa (Uganda, Ethiopia, and Kenya).  I have interest in the technical aspect of computers and other electronics and am quite knowledgeable in these areas.
