Roberto Refinetti (b. 1957) is a physiological psychology professor and higer education administrator. He received his doctoral degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1987, conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Illinois and the University of Virginia, and taught at the College of William & Mary before joining the faculty of the University of South Carolina in 1999.
