I have a B.A. in history and a Masters of Library & Information Science with 8 years of experience as an academic librarian. I am originally from Alabama, where I currently reside after having been away for several years. My interests include pop-culture, esoterica, and most things in between. I am probably best known online as a contributor to the Straight Dope Message Boards.
