As you can see I have a substantial professional education and would like to contribute to Citizendium in ways to be determined.  At the moment I am not proposing myself as an author or co=author but I might going forward.  I am offering my knowledge which is wide and deep in several areas in support of editing and vetting.

I am a graduate of Harvard College, 1961, Magna cum laude, phi beta kappa, with a PhD. in modern European history, from Harvard, 1968, with a particular focus on German and Central European History. I am also a graduate of the Philadelphia Police Academy, 1969 where I worked for several years researching a book I published, City Police (NY. 1973). I have also published several articles in The New Yorker. I am a full time writer and Life Coach, working in New York City, currently writing two books, one a novel.

For several decades I did research on organized crime and racketeering in New York under the auspices of a non-profit I created called the Center for Research on Institutions and Social Policy (CRISP, as in Crisp $100 bills!)which was funded largely by the Ford Foundation. As you can see I have a substantial professional education and would like to contribute to Citizendium in ways to be determined. At the moment I am not proposing myself as an author or co=author but I might going forward. I am offering my knowledge which is wide and deep in several areas in support of editing and vetting.
