I am a sociologist researching global social change. On our website, we present reports showing global social, political, economic and demographic changes, and links to additional resources. I am also interested in program evaluation and social research methods, and have another site listing links to resources about those topics. Finally, I am very interested in having free information available to the public, in easy to understand forms. I have a Ph.D. in sociology from the State University of New York, University at Albany, and currently live in Albany, NY. My education also includes training in social psychology and clinical sociology.

My web sites are:

Global Social Change - http://gsociology.icaap.org a website with reports about global social, political, economic trends, basically about understanding the world today

Free Resources for Program Evaluation and Social Research Methods - http://gsociology.icaap.org/methods

Public Understanding - http://www.ibiblio.org/knowact (working on this)

I'm also a fan of Marina DeBris and her work on trashion, trash art http://www.washedup.us/
