Usage

To handle articles with a "/" in their name, due to technical limitations it is necessary to take special steps.

First, place the article at a name with the "/" replaced by a "-". Insert this template at the very top of the article (i.e. above the {{subpages}}), replacing articletitle with the title of the article (with the "/" instead of the "-"). Finally, create a redirect from the correct name (with a "/") to the name the article is actually at (with the "-").

It should only be used in special circumstances, such as 9/11.

Note: articletitle cannot include a "=" character; if so, replace it with a {{=}}.

Example

{{slashtitle|9-11 Attack}} gives

Due to technical limitations, this article uses an unusual title. It should be called  9-11 Attack.
