Tara Elizabeth Conner (born 18 December 1985 in Dallas, Texas, USA [1]) is the winner of the 2006 Miss USA beauty pageant. She won the crown representing her home state of Kentucky.

Miss Conner plans on pursuing an acting career and writing a book on her experiences as Miss USA 2006 now that she has passed on her crown [2].
