Recent ruling

There was some recent ruling on patent litigation, but for the life of me I can't find the source. Within the past day or two.--Robert W King 13:13, 2 May 2007 (CDT)

Should consider a page on the US Alice decision. This affects computer implementation of human activity and similar issues with biotech. It seems very much of concern for inventors in certain fields. That said, the Wikipedia articles on law cases (including this one) are generally of good quality. Stan Protigal (talk) 04:41, 3 June 2018 (UTC)

Would it be possible to summarise the case in a couple of hundred words? Perhaps there's no point trying to compete with Wikipedia on detail, but maybe there's a use for a short summary of the Alice decision. Richard Nevell (talk) 21:02, 2 September 2018 (UTC)
