Comments on new titles

These are breaking precedents in at least 2 repects:

  1. Prince Edward has been created D of E for life only. Coomon for baronies under the Life Peerages Act 1958, but has it ever been done for higher peerages?
  2. Despite this, his son seems to have been authorized to use his secondary title(s?) as if he were heir apparent (I'm not quite sure whether that covers Forfar as well as Wessex, but I've put it in the article for now.
